We experienced a case of eyelid neurofibroma in von Recklinghausen´s disease, which had a typical sign, cafe-au-lait spots on generalized skin. The patient was a five year old girl who had no family history, and whose mentality was subnormal.
The right eyelid, in which the neurofibroma involved, was thickened, and was ptotic.
The surgical correction of the right eyelid ptosis was not satisfied.
